Emotion Marketing

Who can best encourage a target group to do something than the target group itself.

Research has shown that 95 percent of our purchasing decisions are based on emotion . The advantage of an emotional message is that it is better read, seen, believed and remembered. So you can say that it is a good basis to build and - very important - maintain a relationship with a brand. A brand that touches the heart of the consumer is guaranteed to have a place in the head! Yet emotions are not used in a strategic way enough.


How do you add emotion to your message? We get angry, happy, sad or surprised by the things around us. All of these emotions trigger a natural response in the form of behavior. As an entrepreneur, you want to ensure that you can influence someone's (purchasing) behavior through emotion.

Adding emotion to content is a good tool for those who want to establish a long-term relationship with the customer. It is not a complete replacement for the rational marketing message, but if the emotion is used in the right way, the brand will get stuck in the top of mind of the customer more quickly .
